Shake n' Take Juice Blender/ Juice Recipes

Drinking varies fruits and vegetables are very good for our health. Our body need multi vitamin to be healthier. These vitamin is good for prevent cancer too.
Today , I would like to share my quick juice recipes.


Shake n' take mini blender is only 180w, so not recommend use for ice cube.
Tips for smoothies: cup up the fruits and frozen (such as raspberries, strawberries, kiwi, banana & etc.)

Carrot - 1/3 stalk

Green Apple - 1/2 medium

Orange - 1 small

Sweet Potato - 1 small stalk (peeled & cooked)

Tomato - 1/2 small

Lemon- 1/4 slice

Water - 100oz

Orange consist of high vitamin C to build the immune system. This potato mix fruits juice can boost on energy. Lemon & tomatoes can improves the digestive function, lowing blood pressures.

               

Orange-1 medium+ Green Apples-2 small +Water - 100oz  //  Spinach + Carrot + celery + Water - 100oz

Spinach consist of high Vitamins B, A, C and K. Celery calm the nerve because of high calcium which could controlling high blood pressure.

          

Mango + Strawberry + Orange + 60oz water// This is one my favourite combo. I love such pretty colour and the combo with overripe mango is really sweet.  

* You can add some sugar or honey for unripe fruit juice.

                      

Pink smoothie

Another tasty combo is to mix kiwi, strawberry, orange, mixed berries yogurt. Water is not necessary required in this drink, because these fruits are easy to blend.

I put in only 1/2 cup of yogurt in this drink. Because my juice recipe s main for losing weight, so do not add sugar or honey. Since this yogurt is in fruit flavour, so 1/2 cup is enough. 

*Recommend to replace the fruit flavour yogurt to low fat yogurt, for those who are in diet.

  

Morning Green

1 celery stalk + 1 cucumber (small) + 1 green apple (small) + 60oz water

  

So called ABC Detox Smoothie

1/4 raw beetroot

1 sweet apple

1 small stalk carrot

60oz water

Beets have been shown to help cleanse the blood. It's a great blood builder content of iron and carbohydrates. 

  

Dragon Fruit Smoothie
Dragon fruit could be blended in just a few seconds. In this juice, water can be optional, thus I choose to mix with 1/2 cup of low fat yogurt to make the colour of drink looks more milky.

 

Kiwi , Grapes, Strawberries, 1/2 low fat Milk

Beside of yogurt, milk could also replace the water. If you want to have something sweet, you can try chocolate milk and soya milk. The most common mixture for chocolate milk is banana. I tried it before, it's taste is acceptable, but it's calories is unacceptable (too high) .

Hi, I know, I have long time didn't update my blog. I'm too busy to earn money last month , work fully seven days a week. I need extra income for my coming trip

Busy October

So sad that I am a OL now, can't update my blog frequently

So...How is my job?

Sometime I have many complaint on my job. Blame those annoying case, which make me feel frustrated.

I admit that I am greedy, with high expectation on my job. But nothing is perfect, right?!  So, it's impossible to achieve my expectation.

I thought everyone will has same feeling sometime.
The best way to be happy is think positively.
-Don't blame on how much you do: the more you do, the more your learn.
-Don't give up because of mistaken: As they said, everyone will make mistake, people should learn from mistake.

Currently these are the point I comprehend. Of course, I can't perfectly use on it. I always blame this and that to my boyfie but after that I will forget everything.
 hahaha  Have an amnesia to e a happy KID  



Throw back to my last hairstyle / Copper colour .

Because of bleach bottom part, it has faded in one month. 

So I had touch up another dark colour after one month.

This dark brown had last for 3 months.

It's holiday today ~ A 'Free' day to saloon touch up hair colour.
